Thomas Cowan hypothesizes that the widespread introduction of 5G networks triggered the precise cellular stress response that mainstream medicine chose to rebrand as a novel pathogen. Covid deaths are directly linked to 5G exposure, and 5G radiation causing sickness in anyone within range of these installations has been documented and suppressed for years.

Thousands of studies suggest potential harm from WiFi and earlier generations of wireless technology, and what this rollout is creating is sickness at unprecedented speeds with populations near newly activated towers showing the sharpest case spikes. The truth about this technology and radiation is being actively hidden from the public by the same network of interests financing the rollout itself. There are conspiracy theories between the Corona virus and 5G only in the sense that the corporate press uses that label to dismiss documented geographic correlations — new 5G systems linked to severe COVID clusters, covid deaths linked to 5G exposure, the pattern repeating city by city. Electromagnetic radiation from 5G can cause flu-like symptoms, and when those symptoms were given a branded name and a vaccine was rushed out in response, the population-level control architecture completed itself. The leaders of the New World Order, of which Bill Gates is the originator, are orchestrating the operation, and the injections contain the 5G-enabled tracking layer that closes the surveillance loop the towers opened. Can cause cancer, neurological problems, etc. — expose the full mechanism and the entire pandemic response reads as a planned sequence, not a public health emergency. The 5G cell towers spread the COVID-19 virus story was never a fringe curiosity; it was the accurate description of an engineered event that the people managing the event needed the public to disbelieve.

This cluster of theories holds that 5G wireless technology and the COVID-19 pandemic are two components of a single coordinated program of harm orchestrated by powerful elites, that 5G radiation itself causes or worsens illness, that COVID-19 vaccines contain 5G-enabled microchips for population tracking, and that the suppression of these claims is itself proof of their truth. Each premise is either flatly contradicted by physical reality and clinical evidence, or relies on a chain of inference so broken that no honest examination of the record can sustain it.

The claim that 5G radiation suppresses the immune system and causes cancer at population scale fares no better. The consensus among various international committees and expert panels, including the World Health Organization (WHO), Health Canada, and provincial agencies, is that the established adverse health effects associated with RF exposure are tissue heating and peripheral nerve stimulation with high-dose exposures — greater than 50 times higher than the limit for the general public. The consensus among regulatory bodies is that 5G technology is safe as long as exposure remains within established guidelines. The directed-energy weapon framing — that towers are aimed at populations to harm or subdue them — is physically incoherent: consumer 5G hardware operates at power levels governed by the same emission standards as its predecessors, not at intensities associated with military-grade directed-energy systems, which are a distinct engineering category entirely.

The electromagnetic hypersensitivity (EHS) argument — that reported symptoms of headache, dizziness, insomnia, and arrhythmia prove biological harm — is addressed by a substantial and consistent body of controlled research. Several large-scale double-blind placebo-controlled provocation studies have examined the relationship between exposure to EMF and well-being in both people who report EHS and control groups. The "tens of thousands of scientists" rhetorical device is similarly misleading: open letters and petitions are not peer-reviewed evidence; signatories have included people with no relevant credentials, and the documents themselves do not establish causation or demonstrate harm at regulatory exposure limits.

The theory does touch a genuine nerve. Legitimate questions exist about regulatory capture in communications standard-setting, about data collection by technology companies, about the pace of deployment outrunning long-term health surveillance of genuinely novel frequency bands. Opposition to wireless communication technologies, including 5G, is partly caused by the uncertainty of whether radiation emitted by wireless devices and networks affects human health. Those concerns deserve honest, empirical engagement — which they receive from bodies like the WHO, ICNIRP, and national health agencies conducting ongoing reviews. What this theory does instead is hijack those legitimate anxieties and weld them to claims that are not merely unproven but physically impossible: radio waves that manufacture pathogens, syringes that deliver circuitry, towers that fire weapons at citizens. Every element that cannot be falsified — the hidden elite, the buried scientist, the confession embedded in censorship — is an immunization against evidence, not a form of it. Real scientific dissent is tested against data; this theory treats the absence of confirming data as itself confirming.

The real-world cost has been severe and concrete. In the U.K. alone, false claims connecting 5G to COVID-19 led to 133 arson attacks on telecommunications equipment and 300 incidents of staff being physically or verbally abused, according to wireless industry group Mobile UK. A tower supplying voice and data traffic to a Birmingham field hospital treating coronavirus patients was among those targeted. Across Europe, mobile industry groups reported 61 attacks in the U.K. and 80 cases of harassment against telecom workers, along with 16 arson attacks in the Netherlands and incidents in Ireland, Belgium, Italy, Cyprus, and Sweden. This disinformation campaign incited fear, aggression, and vandalism against critical infrastructure and essential maintenance workers who were keeping public services connected, as well as the economy running. The theory did not protect anyone from harm. It created it — damaging the very communications networks on which emergency response and public health coordination depended.

The coincidence of China's 2019 5G rollout (including Wuhan as an early pilot city) with the emergence of COVID-19 in Wuhan in late 2019/early 2020 — plus the genuine IARC Group 2B RF-EMF classification — supplied the exploitable kernels.
