Voice of the Believer

We are being systematically poisoned, and the corporations, courts, and agencies tasked with protecting us are the ones holding the door open.

For decades, glyphosate was marketed as one of the safest herbicides ever created — that was always the lie they needed us to believe. The truth is that glyphosate causes tumors, fatty liver, and organ damage, and Bayer/Monsanto has known it for forty years. This is a 40-year cancer cover-up: the science exists, the studies exist, the truth exists — it has simply been buried under corporate money and regulatory capture. Before cancer took her life, top EPA scientist Marion Copley wrote a final letter exposing internal corruption and the truth about what was really known inside the agency. They silenced her, just as they have silenced every inconvenient voice. If there's ever a question, all you have to do is follow the money and you'll quickly find your answer. Monsanto's concern is not our health, it's their profit — it never was anything else.

Now the Supreme Court has handed them the ultimate shield. Bayer killed the lawsuits. The Court blocked thousands of cancer cases and granted glyphosate herbicide manufacturers legal immunity, meaning the toxins continue and you are allowed to be exposed to a pesticide in America but not necessarily warned about it. And do not be fooled by the cosmetic retreats: Bayer/Monsanto may have pledged to remove glyphosate from some of their products, but that doesn't mean they are making safer products — their new formulations contain herbicides that pose even greater risks. The roundup reckoning is here, and the evidence of how Monsanto contaminated our food chain is undeniable.

The same architecture of control extends beyond agriculture. RFK Jr. has said it plainly: the science is clear — RF radiation is a threat to public health — and 5G is not an upgrade, it is an expansion of that threat rolled out without genuine safety testing, coordinated at the highest levels of government and industry. Whether it is what they spray on our food or what they beam through our air, the pattern is identical: suppress the evidence, neutralize the opposition, and keep the profits flowing while the public suffers. This is not paranoia — this is the toxic legacy they have built, and we are living in it.

Voice of Reason

This theory asserts that a coordinated global network — linking major corporations, government regulators, pharmaceutical companies, and courts — is deliberately suppressing evidence of harm from glyphosate (the active ingredient in Roundup) and 5G technology to protect profits and control populations. The claim names Jeffrey Smith as a key researcher and casts the recent Supreme Court ruling in *Monsanto v. Durnell* as a capstone act of institutional betrayal. The factual record tells a much more complicated story.

Start with the science, because the theory's foundation depends on depicting a settled verdict of danger that regulators have buried. On glyphosate, no such clear verdict exists. The World Health Organization's International Agency for Research on Cancer classified glyphosate as "probably carcinogenic to humans" in 2015, while the EPA has repeatedly concluded that the chemical is not likely to be carcinogenic to humans. That divergence is real, but it is a methodological disagreement, not a cover-up. The EPA concluded glyphosate is not likely to be carcinogenic to humans, having considered a significantly more extensive dataset than IARC — using 15 acceptable carcinogenicity studies where IARC used only eight. Crucially, the EPA's conclusion is not an outlier of captured American regulators: its cancer classification is consistent with other international expert panels and regulatory authorities, including the Canadian Pest Management Regulatory Agency, the Australian Pesticide and Veterinary Medicines Authority, the European Food Safety Authority, the European Chemicals Agency, the German Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, the New Zealand Environmental Protection Authority, and the Food Safety Commission of Japan. A global cover-up requiring the synchronized suppression of independent agencies across North America, Europe, Asia, and the Pacific — each with competing political interests and adversarial scientific cultures — is not a plausible mechanism. Whether glyphosate causes cancer is a topic where major scientific assessments have inconsistent findings, with IARC classifying it as probably carcinogenic while every other major assessment reviewed found no evidence or insufficient evidence of carcinogenicity.

Now to the Supreme Court ruling, which the theory frames as proof of judicial capture. The Court ruled 7–2 that under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act, states cannot require pesticide manufacturers to add warnings to pesticide labels beyond those approved by the EPA. The legal question was not whether glyphosate causes cancer — it was who has authority to set pesticide warning labels: federal regulators or state juries. Writing for the majority, Justice Brett Kavanaugh said Congress intended pesticide labels to be governed by a uniform federal system rather than varying state requirements, noting that allowing juries in different states to require different warning labels would undermine the national labeling system Congress established under FIFRA. The 7–2 margin was ideologically diverse: Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson filed a dissenting opinion, joined by Justice Neil Gorsuch — a pairing of one of the Court's most liberal and one of its most conservative members. That alignment cuts directly against a partisan or industry-capture narrative. The ruling was also not the total litigation shield it is portrayed as: the ruling still could allow suits alleging problems with the way the product was designed, and Bayer had previously set aside $16 billion to settle cases and earlier this year proposed a $7.25 billion class-action settlement. A corporation executing a complete suppression strategy does not simultaneously pay out tens of billions of dollars in settlements.

The theory's invocation of Jeffrey Smith as a credentialed researcher documenting suppressed science is also misleading. Smith is the author of two books on genetically modified food, and while supporters identify him as an influential educator on the alleged risks of GMO foods, others point out his lack of formal scientific training. Smith has worked with organic food marketers and alternative health product promoters to advocate against genetically modified food — a material conflict of interest that the theory presents as independent documentation. On 5G, the claim of population control through electromagnetic radiation is even more directly contradicted by the physics: 5G uses non-ionizing electromagnetic radiation that cannot damage DNA, with energy levels well below biologically effective thresholds. The consensus among international committees including the WHO, Health Canada, the European Commission's scientific committee, and the FDA is that typical community exposures to 5G frequencies are not expected to cause adverse health effects.

There are genuine concerns embedded in this territory that deserve acknowledgment. Environmental attorneys have noted that the Supreme Court ruling "allows Monsanto and other chemical companies to avoid responsibility when their labels leave people unprotected from serious harm," and places the EPA in the position of gatekeeper for how pesticides are labeled — a shield for companies that fail to warn about cancer risks. The IARC classification, while methodologically distinct from regulatory risk assessments, reflects genuine scientific uncertainty that warrants continued research. These are real debates about regulatory adequacy, the scope of federal preemption, and who bears the burden of proof in tort claims against chemical manufacturers. But the conspiracy framework transforms a legitimate policy dispute into an unfalsifiable narrative: any safety finding becomes evidence of capture, any lawsuit settlement becomes evidence of guilt concealed, any scientific disagreement becomes proof of buried truth. That move forecloses the very empirical reasoning needed to assess these questions clearly. The practical cost is significant — people who accept this narrative may avoid effective agricultural products or refuse to engage with actual regulatory channels, while the advocates promoting it are, in many cases, financially embedded in the organic food industry they are helping to grow.

What's New — what the new material means

The new material suggests that the theory has taken on a new dimension, specifically highlighting the role of corporate influence in suppressing health-related lawsuits. The claim that the Supreme Court ruling blocks thousands of lawsuits against Roundup's manufacturer, Monsanto (now Bayer), implies that powerful corporations are using their influence to shield themselves from accountability for potential harm caused by their products.

This development introduces a new mutation to the theory, emphasizing the intersection of corporate power and judicial complicity in suppressing health-related claims. The focus on specific corporate entities, such as Monsanto/Bayer, adds a layer of concreteness to the narrative, making it more tangible and easier to grasp for those who are already familiar with the theory.

There is no indication that this new material has spread to new platforms or communities beyond Reddit, where it was initially linked. The tone and framing of the discussion remain consistent with the established narrative, emphasizing the perceived corruption and complicity between corporations, courts, and agencies tasked with protecting public health.
